I'm assuming the previous owner followed one of the online write-ups (a heat gun and some plastic trim-removal tools will do the job, just be careful not to crack the silver plastic bezel inside the headlight assembly, easy to break if not careful). It's great if you have time to learn from the ground up, but us admins do not have the luxury of learning the systems from the ground up before we are expected to support them.
